It is becoming clear to many of us that we need to act now to bring about the massive change necessary to really have an impact on climate. Citizens’ Climate Lobby is about bringing about real change and is currently working to make things different within the United States (and actually in many other countries as well). Join April’s chapter meeting to learn about the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act currently in Congress and find others interesting in enacting significant change!
6:15 p.m. – Short introductions, quick review of the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act (EI&CDA), and discussion about issues of interest in climate change. Bring your questions (and answers)!
7:00 p.m. – Video presentation with Rev. Susan Hendershot, Interfaith Power & Light, followed by discussion.
